Butterfly inlays (also known as “bowties”) can be added both for aesthetic purposes as well as for structural support for cracks.If requested, voids and smaller cracks can be filled with epoxy resin or left open for a more rustic look.
As needed, metal C-channels are installed underneath the slabs to stabilize the slab during temperature fluctuations, allowing natural wood expansion without warping or cracking.

Finished with an environmentally friendly and plant-based hardwax oil for durability and water resistance.
